Helicentre is pleased to announce the opening of their new FTO / TRTO at Leicester Airport.

The new base, which is open for business as of today offers the complete range of training options from trail lessons and experience flights to PPL(H) and CPL(H) courses, flight Instructor courses, type ratings, night qualifications and advanced courses.

Type rating training is available on the Robinson R22 and R44, Schweizer 300, Bell 206, Eurocopter EC120, and AS355, and all of the usual range of self-fly-hire services are also available to already qualified pilots.

As well as operating a busy training facility at Leicester, Helicentre will of course continue to offer their nationwide helicopter charter services, and 2010 dates for their upcoming pleasure flying events will also be announced shortly.
